    Job Description
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate requirements.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verifications of potential hires.
    • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation of employment terms and conditions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Support the onboarding process by coordinating new employee orientation and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
