Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate requirements.
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications of potential hires.
Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation of employment terms and conditions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating new employee orientation and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
