    Job Description
    • Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
    • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for collaboration and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Proactively engage with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and gather feedback to improve our products or services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolutions of client issues.
    • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to clients as needed.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products or services to existing clients.
    • Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on client relationships, sales activities, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor and manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
    • Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements impacting clients' industries.
