We are looking for an experienced/Fresher BDE / Proposal maker to join our team with the following 
roles, responsibilities, and skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
 Bidding on Upwork/ Freelancer/ Guru/Fiverr
 Experience in proposal writing
 Generate new business by sourcing own leads, and building relationships with Customers 
through cold-calling
 (Responsible for getting business through different channels)
 Meet the assigned daily/ weekly/ monthly targets
 A genuine passion for generating profit with the drive to progress
 Actively and successfully, manage the process of lead generation and negotiate closure
 Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
 Experience with Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, 
Negotiation, Follow-ups and coordinate with technical team.
 Evidence of consistently achieving/exceeding targets
 Ensure that KPIs are met, including: call times daily, lead generation and number of qualified 
pitches made per day
 Ability to be self-motivated when required along with working well within a team
 Highly organized and able to lead and manage multiple responsibilities
