Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD models, drawings, and schematics based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand design objectives and translate them into technical drawings.
Review and interpret engineering and architectural designs, sketches, and specifications to determine dimensions, materials, and procedures for the CAD models.
Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
Perform calculations and analysis to verify the integrity and feasibility of the CAD models and designs.
Modify and revise existing CAD models and drawings as necessary, incorporating design changes and feedback from stakeholders.
Conduct quality checks on completed CAD designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and other documentation necessary for manufacturing, procurement, and construction purposes.
