Job Description
  1. Actively prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including identifying target markets and creating action plans.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales quotas.
  6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our offerings and address customer objections.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services and be able to communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  9. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to post-sales support and service.
  10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote our products or services.
