    Job Description
    1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or a database, following a script or guidelines provided by the company.
    2. Introduce the company's products or services to potential customers and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
    3. Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and qualify leads.
    4. Identify and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
    5. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about the company's offerings.
    6. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, including call logs, sales updates, and customer feedback, in the CRM system.
    7. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the company's products or services.
    8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
