High school additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of products or services related to the industry (e.g., automotive parts, electronics, hardware) is advantageous.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
