Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient use of resources and timely deliveries.
Assign drivers and vehicles based on delivery requirements and availability.
Track and monitor the progress of deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
Address any issues or delays that arise during the dispatch process.
