Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Proven experience as an HR Executive or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
